Schedify (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a booking and scheduling platform for training businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it. It also sets out your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection law.
When you create an account, book a lesson, or contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, business name and role (student, trainer, or admin). We also keep any messages you send us. We process booking and usage data (lesson bookings, attendance outcomes, lesson credit balances) and basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers). We do not use invasive behavioural tracking.
We use your personal data to run the booking platform and to send the messages that go with it: booking confirmations, reminders and cancellations. We also use it to give you support, to improve the platform through aggregated analytics, and to meet our legal duties under Swedish and EU law.
We process your personal data under one or more of: contractual necessity, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and consent.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vetted processors who help us run the service: cloud hosting providers (within the EU/EEA where possible), email delivery providers, payment processors, and form services. All processors are bound by data processing agreements that meet GDPR Article 28.
We use a minimal set of cookies: strictly necessary (session, authentication, language preference) and functional (remembering settings). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We keep personal data only as long as we need it to run the service and meet legal duties. We keep booking records for as long as you have an account, and for up to 7 years after that for accounting purposes (per Swedish Bokföringslagen). When an account is deleted, personal identifiers are removed or anonymised.
